BUILD

Anyone in Miami who likes to build ambitious hard tech projects on a team can apply to be a part of our build team. We're mainly composed of industry experts, and members are expected to be able to hit the ground running. We have regular meetups to build cool things together!

These projects can come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it's time-bounded, like a hackathon or design challenge, and other times it's longer lived, like a side project.

What's common across all of them is that the team is stacked with highly competent individuals with unique skillsets including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial design, robotics, software engineering, biomedical engineering, and materials science.

PROJECTS

In the past, we've worked on surgical precision robots for microblading women's eyebrows and an automated food production system. Both projects placed top 10 at Miami Hack Week, which had 500+ participants.

We also have ideas for projects including: ergonomic, custom-manufactured medical devices, industrial robotics, NASA design challenges, AR helmets, rare earths processing, and 3D printing food.

PARTNERS

We've developed partnerships with local makerspaces, fabrication labs, wet labs, universities, and more so that we have access to all the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to build what we want.
